"Building to Meet Your Changing Needs"

Samuel A. Thomas has been named vice president at Diversified Construction, Inc. Sam graduated from Thomas Jefferson University with an associate degree in Nursing in 2013. After working several years in sales, he turned his attention to the construction industry to use his nursing skills. He is a project manager and certified aging-in-place-specialist. He routinely meets with people at their residences to assess their needs for home modification construction, enabling them to age-in-place where they are comfortable living. His duties include design and proposal preparation for modifications such as bathroom reconstruction (tub\shower out, walk-in\roll-in shower in; installation of comfort height toilets and accessible sinks), stair glides, vertical platform lifts, and ramps. He is also responsible for crew scheduling, material ordering, and acquisition of all permits. Known for years as “the guy in the mall at Finish Line” who you went to buy your sneakers from, Sam graduated from Shikellamy in 2011.
Sam and his wife Angel live in Sunbury with their two pugs, Hamilton and Franklin. Sam enjoys weekend getaways with Angel, early morning workouts, intense gaming, and time spent with friends and family.
